This is an easy sorbet to make with just 2 ingredients. Strawberries and Lemon. Tangy and sweet.
Ingredients (serves 2-4)
- 2 cups frozen strawberries
- 2 frozen lemon ice cubes
Toppings, sprinkle with:
- Maple syrup
- Desiccated coconut
- Fresh strawberry
Method:
- Swap out the juice strainer and wiper blades for the Ice cream maker s.k.s sorbet strainer (blank strainer) accessory.
- Keep the smart cap open for this one.
- Add each of the frozen ingredients and then serve topped with your favourite toppings.
It’s best to let your frozen fruit soften from the freezer for about 3-5 minutes before putting into the juicer
